Important Notes
General
- Any tickets for attractions, museums, trains, ferries, safaris, cable cars or rides are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
- For cancellations and refunds please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
- We reserve the right to issue a full refund if services cannot be fulfilled due to technical reasons.
- All travellers must have passports valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
- Visa approval is at the discretion of the Embassy. MysteryMiles is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
Hotel Policy
- Hotels may ask for a refundable security deposit during check-in.
- This amount will be returned at checkout after deducting minibar usage or damages.
Tours & Transfers
- Child ticket pricing is based on the age entered during booking.
- If service providers charge extra due to incorrect age or height, the difference must be paid by the traveller.
Thailand Specific Conditions
General
- Any change requests must be communicated through the official support channel.
- Drivers will not contact guests directly due to language barriers.
- Guests must be present in the hotel lobby on time for pickup.
Tours & Transfers
- Krabi Four Island Tour National Park Fee: THB 400 payable directly.
- Phi Phi Island Tour National Park Fee: THB 400 payable directly.
- James Bond Island Tour National Park Fee: THB 400 per person.
- Vehicle type depends on the number of travellers.
- Extra charges apply for oversized luggage.
- Extra charges apply for hotels outside the city area.
- Private transfers do not mean the vehicle is available for the entire day.
- Maximum waiting time for private pickup is 15 minutes.
- Shared transfers may involve waiting up to 30–45 minutes.
- Maximum waiting time for shared transfers is 5 minutes.
General Travel Terms
- Travel will be through AC Volvo / AC Traveller vehicles where applicable.
- Remaining balance must be paid on the day of travel using the agreed payment mode.
- Once booking is confirmed, the amount is non-refundable.
- If the tour is cancelled by Dreamchaser / MysteryMiles, the booking amount will be refunded.
- No travel insurance is included unless specified.
- Cheque payments are not accepted.
- Extra charges apply for travellers staying beyond the planned itinerary.
- Customs regulations apply to gifts, merchandise, laptops or promotional materials.
- Hotel upgrades or itinerary changes will incur additional charges.
Safety & Conduct Rules
- Narcotics or banned substances are strictly prohibited during tours.
- Weapons, fireworks, and toxic substances are not allowed.
- Any traveler violating rules may be removed without refund.
- The company is not responsible for personal belongings.
- Guests must carry a valid government ID at all times.
- Only registered travellers are allowed at the campsite.
- Damage to camp property must be compensated at full MRP.
- Travelers must cooperate in maintaining a clean environment.
Responsibility & Liability
- MysteryMiles acts only as an intermediary between travellers and service providers.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or injuries caused by third-party providers.
- Travel insurance is recommended for all travellers.
Required Documents
- Travellers must carry a valid government-issued ID.
- Passport and visa must be valid for international travel.
- Flight ticket names must match government ID exactly.
Cancellation Policy
- Air tickets, train tickets, and non-refundable bookings cannot be refunded.
- In case of lockdowns, government restrictions, or force majeure, bookings will be rescheduled if possible.

Force Majeure
MysteryMiles will not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters,
political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety
- Travelers must inform us about any medical condition before travel.
- Adventure trips may require basic physical fitness.
